1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, you agree to abide by these terms and our privacy policy to use the UClickEat platform.
2. User Accounts
Students must register using a valid, official @ue.edu.ph email address. Sellers must provide accurate business information and necessary permits if required by campus administration.
3. Ordering & Fulfillment
UClickEat facilitates orders between students and campus sellers. We are a platform connecting buyers and sellers; we do not directly prepare or deliver food. Sellers are expected to uphold standards, but UClickEat is not liable for delayed preparations or disputes.
4. Payments
Transactions are made directly between the student and the seller via GCash or Cash. Proof of payment may be required. Submitting fake proof of payment is strictly prohibited.
5. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to ban or suspend accounts that engage in harassment, submit fake orders, upload false payment proofs, or violate campus rules.
